Brittney does some gratuitous stripping
She's topless only for a little while, but it's worth it, especially when you consider she played the nice girl in kid movies like "Airborne" and "Dragonworld". But going naked in a flop action movie didn't help her career much, and we might never get a chance to see her naked again.
Brittney as a stripper
This movie broke my heart. I have been a huge Brittney Powell fan since she nude-modeled under the name Brittney Rache. When I heard that she finally had done a nude scene in a movie, I snatched it up at once. The scene shows Brit dancing on the stage doing some remarkable stretching moves. In pops her old flame, and she gravitates right over to him. At this point she has lost the little top she had on when she was dancing. We do not get to see her disrobe at all! I'll bet there is some great stripping footage which wound up on the editing room floor. The actual time we get to see Brit topless is perhaps (10) seconds at best. Very unfortunate. The potential was great, but the result was a let down.
Picture noted for the record only. It's a basic-cable TVM (with fadeouts for station break) about an L.A. call girl, her clients, and her love life. Cinemax and HBO run it as a late-night feature with "TVMA" rating; trust me, it's strictly PG territory. Powell is lovely, and pretty good in the lead; you get a lot of looks at nice legs, plus lime-green undies and a couple of swimsuits. That's it. Script offered a gazillion opportunities for nudity and decent kink. None were exercised. However, it is to be grateful that Brittney keeps her kini on while sharing a pool splash with L.A. john Curtis "Booger" Armstrong (and I thought time had been unkind to the 12-stringer!). Picture is OK on its own terms, but will be a serious disappointment to those looking for stimulation.
